Blue Arrow Care was founded on the principles of providing good, honest & high-quality care to people who wanted to remain in their own homes.
To provide a service with a difference a service where clients felt part of a community whilst remaining at home. Having some of the comforts of what a care home could bring however it being delivered in a domiciliary care setting.
Blue Arrow Care was founded in 2015 by a mother and daughter duo who wanted to create an agency different from the rest, a family cultured service that delivered hight quality care & went above and beyond in all that we did.
Today, Blue Arrow is run by wives to be Phaedra & Lucy After Lucy’s mother stepped down in 2019 due to ill health. Phaedra & Lucy carry on the hard work to maintain and deliver Blue Arrows original vision – to be a service that goes above and beyond, delivers voluntary services & has a team of people who are inspired to deliver Blue Arrows strong Vision of providing kind, compassionate care where the client feels they are a part of something really special.

Inspired by the incredible care given to their grandmother/mother, Blue Arrow Care was founded by mum and daughter duo Alex and Lucy in 2015.
With Huntingdon’s disease making every day activities a struggle for Grandma Susan, Lucy experienced the amazing care both her mum and home carers provided. Inspired to become a carer herself, Lucy went straight from school into full-time employment in the care sector, and several years later decided to take the plunge and launch her own care business with her mother.
The core ethos of our founders was – and still is – to provide a compassionate care service that anyone would feel comfortable entrusting to care for their loved one, a service that will go that extra mile to be helpful,
always ensuring kindness is at the forefront of what we do & ensure we have a strong team of carers who share the same passion, compassion and caring nature that we have & expect to be delivered every single day.
It is with Grandma Susan in her heart & memory that Lucy continues to run Blue Arrow Care, along with her wife and fellow director Phaedra.
Lucy and Phaedra pride themselves on running a kind, caring agency that is small enough to offer the personal touch, but large enough to provide flexibility and always deliver the right care, at the right time. Blue Arrow Care strives to be an agency that stands out for all the right reasons and our Free Companionship Service and Free Social Events are just some of the additional ways we try to go above & beyond to support our clients as well as delivering high quality, honest care.
