Blue Arrow Care was founded in 2015 on the principles of providing honest, high-quality care to people who want to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
Our vision has always been simple: to deliver care with a difference—where clients feel part of a community while enjoying the independence of home life.
Inspired by the incredible care given to their grandmother, Susan, during her battle with Huntington’s disease, mother-and-daughter duo Alex and Lucy launched Blue Arrow Care. Their mission was to create a family-focused service that goes above and beyond, ensuring kindness and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
Who We Are Today
When Alex stepped down in 2019 due to ill health, Lucy continued the journey alongside her wife and fellow director, Phaedra. Together, they lead Blue Arrow Care with the same passion and dedication, maintaining the original vision:
